  CLEAN SWEEP HAS BEGUN. In order to encourage the RP to become a more active place, Allen and myself have enacted a clean sweep of the RP as a whole. We believe and have talked to some of the few currently active members about the probability that the characters in this group will possibly wind up getting all new RPers because of the blatant inactivity shown. DGMRP is something that we do not want to die, and although we do not enjoy being God-Mods, cracking down on people not logging in at least ONCE every two weeks is something we may have to do. The current members who are inactive and have been so for awhile have comments posted on their accounts regarding their inactivity, and one week as of the date the comment was posted on their individual account to respond to the message/contact us in some way, or they will be REMOVED from the Characters List until, possibly, a later point in time when we are contacted about their situation. Any comments or concerns about this matter can be addressed with Allen or I under this account. Thank you.

How do I join?

1.) Choose a character from the “remaining characters” list (below).
2.) Send me a note (please type a subject like this: "Joining: (insert Character name here), (It will help me to categorize the notes) filling out the form below (You will be ignored if your note does not contain the following.):

3.) Please do not create an account before receiving the note telling that you’re in. (As far as icons go, you are free to use one from the Manga or Anime. If you'd like, I can make one for you, just note me that you need an icon.)
4.) Once you’re in, don’t forget to submit an introduction journal. Remaining confidential or mentioning your regular account is up to you. Watch DGMRP-DA with your RP account for updates.

RULES

• There should be a Link to this journal on your page somewhere. Signature, journal, website, etc. Please do not link to Jean, because he's rather irresponsible for a child, and will most likely ignore it.

• You should try to stay in character to give characters more realistic aura. For example, Cross loving on Tyki whilst singing Caramell Dansen is just. No.

• As far as pairings go, we're fine with crack here. As long as you keep it reasonable. Meaning, no pairings spewing from complete and utter nowhere. We are not allowing any more marriages and children. If anything happens to those of you currently married/with children, you won't be able to Re-marry or have a child.

• Keep the accounts active! Let’s say, how does “at least once every two weeks” sound? If I do call you on inactivity, and you have been active, please provide a link to the thread that you've been active on, as proof of activity.

• If you’re going on a hiatus, please inform people by mentioning it in your journal. Don’t forget to tell how long you will be gone.

• Please be nice to others!

• You may only have up to TWO accounts in this RP. This is to keep it fair for others who would like to RP.

• Please, type out your words. I dun leik 2 c ppl typing lyk dis.

• If someone or something is bothering you, PLEASE feel free to note DGMRP-DA. We'll try our best to sort things out.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SUGGESTIONS.

• 1. Be inclusive. The people in the chat should try to set up a scene that includes everyone, or at least as many people as possible. Also, leave most scenes "open" for other characters to enter.

• 2. But don’t be disruptive. Sometimes a few rpers may want to rp a specific scene together. The characters who aren't involved should respect this and not barge in. However, if there are five people rping one thing and one person who can’t enter, the larger group should try to shift the scene or start a new one.

• 3. Be flexible. If you have an alt, remember them and make creative use of them. Someone wants to rp but is left out of a scene? Bring in your alt and start a new scene. You feel like one of your characters can't join a scene? Bring in the other one. However, also realize that some people enjoy rping one character more than others, and try to help them find opportunities to do so.

• 4. Take the initiative. If a few characters are involved in a pre-existing scene that you can’t enter or don’t feel like entering, create your own scene. If two people are rping a scene and you’re one of four people sitting in the chat not rping, you’re not being barred from rping—you can rp.

• 5. You can have both. Just because someone is rping a serious scene does not mean you can't rp a crack scene, and vice versa. Rpers have the right to rp both. If you feel there’s too much of one, the solution is simple--show up in chat and rp what you want.

• 6. Communicate. Do you want to join a scene, but think it needs to be changed so you can participate? Ask the other rpers to change it, or ask how you can participate. Do you want someone to bring in their other character? Ask them.

• 7. Be understanding. Be aware of how frustrating it is for people to be left out of something. However, also be aware that what’s fun for you to rp may not be fun for others to rp.

• 8. Relax. Stop worrying about how good an rper you are. As long as you’re in-character and following the chat rules and conventions, you’re fine.

• 9. Just rp.

CHAT RULES

• This is simply an extension of the roleplay, all the same rules apply.

• Try to keep the sex talk at a minimum.

• NO SPAMMING. Spamming includes but is not limited to- Page stretching, flooding the chat window with messages, Links etc.

• CHAT TIME OUTS: If an admin warns you, or the chat in general about something and you don't comply, you will be issued a chat time out. You will be removed from the members list for a set amount of time.
